1. Parties

This agreement governs the sale and delivery terms between Estetik Deri Teks. San ve Dış Tic. Ltd Şti., operating under the Estetik Decor brand (SELLER), and the person placing an order as a consumer through the website (BUYER).
SELLER: Estetik Deri Teks. San ve Dış Tic. Ltd Şti.
Address: Orhanlı Mahallesi, İstanbul Deri Organize Sanayi Sitesi, Vakum Caddesi No:4, 34956 Tuzla/İstanbul
Telephone: 0216 394 03 06
The BUYER's name, contact details, billing address and delivery address are those provided when placing the order. Product, quantity, price and payment details are included in the order summary and pre-contractual information.

2. Subject and Scope
This agreement sets out the parties' rights and obligations regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the BUYER under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. Products, Prices and Payment
The products' main characteristics, selected dimensions, colours, materials and other options are shown on the relevant product page and in the order summary. The total price, including applicable taxes, and the payment method are presented to the BUYER before confirmation. The BUYER reviews this information before confirming an order that entails an obligation to pay. Promotional prices apply within the stated conditions and periods.
Shipping is free. Additional charges that have not been clearly disclosed and approved will not be requested from the BUYER.

4. Delivery
Products are sent to the delivery address specified in the order under the conditions disclosed before the order. The delivery period is stated in the pre-contractual information. The SELLER delivers products conforming to the order, together with any applicable user instructions and warranty documents.
For general sales of goods, delivery may not exceed the statutory maximum of thirty days. Applicable provisions concerning goods prepared according to the consumer's requests or personal needs remain reserved. If performance becomes impossible, the SELLER informs the BUYER and refunds payments within the procedures and periods prescribed by law. A lack of stock alone does not constitute impossibility of performance.

5. Right of Withdrawal
Except where a statutory exception applies, the BUYER may withdraw within fourteen days of delivery to the BUYER or a designated third party, without giving a reason or paying a penalty. Notice may be sent to [email protected] or to the SELLER's address above, in writing or on a durable medium. Including order information is recommended to identify the order.
Return shipments and refunds are handled according to the procedures and periods of the applicable Regulation on Distance Contracts. Refunds are made using a method compatible with the BUYER's payment method and without imposing costs on the BUYER. Contact the SELLER for the return carrier and shipping details; consumers' statutory rights remain reserved.

6. Exceptions to Withdrawal and Defective Goods
Goods prepared according to the consumer's requests or personal needs fall within the statutory exception to the right of withdrawal. Procuring or producing an item only after an order is placed does not automatically establish this exception for every product. Other statutory exceptions apply only to the extent relevant to the product.
Accepting delivery does not mean waiving rights regarding defective goods. The BUYER's statutory remedies for defective goods remain protected. For damage or missing items, contact the SELLER with the order details.

7. Communication and Personal Data
Communication necessary to fulfil the order uses the contact information provided. Approval of this agreement does not constitute consent to advertising or marketing communications. Information about personal data processing is provided in the Personal Data Protection Notice and Privacy Policy.

8. Disputes and Effect
The BUYER may apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts subject to the applicable jurisdiction rules and monetary thresholds. Pre-litigation mediation provisions apply where required by law.
This agreement and pre-contractual information are presented for the BUYER's review before order confirmation. Order-specific information and electronic approval records form part of the transaction. This general page alone does not replace order-specific information and approval procedures.
