Notice of withdrawal

Except where a statutory exception applies, you may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason or paying a penalty. You may also give notice before delivery. Send your notice in writing to [email protected] or to the postal address below. Including your order number helps us identify the transaction.

Return shipment and refunds

Unless the seller offers to collect the product, please return it within 14 days of giving notice of withdrawal. The refund period is 14 days from handing the product to the carrier specified in the pre-contractual information; if another carrier is used, it begins when the product reaches the seller. For withdrawal before delivery, the period begins when the seller receives the notice. Payments collected, including delivery charges, are refunded in a single payment using a method compatible with the original payment method, without charges.

The consumer is not charged return shipping costs when using the carrier specified in the pre-contractual information, or when no carrier was specified.

Custom-made and defective products

Products prepared according to personal requests or needs may fall within the statutory exception to withdrawal. Your rights regarding defective goods remain reserved. You may send an exchange request through our contact channels; this text does not provide an additional unconditional exchange commitment.
